After having met the ancient gods and paid homage to the great Julius Caesar, we will walk toward the Colosseum, a timeless icon of Rome for almost 2000 years, in order to revive through our stories, the gladiators’ fights in their arena and to reveal the secrets that this great amphitheater still holds.
An itinerary not to miss for those who visit Rome for the first time, and an unmissable opportunity for those living in the city to rediscover its beguiling, myriad faces.
The tour includes a visit of the Colosseum according to the ordinary route. While it is possible to request access to the arena and lower floors, a limited number of visitors are permitted access to these areas and are required to pay a supplementary fee to the ticket. Availability will therefore need to be confirmed in advance.
The itinerary is outdoors and on often uneven terrain (the ancient Roman paving is not as comfortable as our asphalt). Comfortable shoes are recommended and especially in the summer when it is very hot, it is strongly recommended to wear a hat for protecting yourself from the sun and to carry drinking water.
